Your existing post should have an inside diameter (I.D.) of at least 2.21".
- Existing Post I.D.: 2.21" or larger
- Swedged Extension O.D.: 2.19"

This was just what i was looking for, they worked perfectly and shipped twice as fast as i thought they would. I could only find 8' poles in my area because of a storm that did lots of fence damage and left supplies short. I could not find the 10' poles that i needed and could not get an answer as to when they would be available. thanks to your company i bought the 8' poles and used the 2' extensions to get the 10' pole that i needed.
