The 6,500 lb. Deluxe Gear Plate Assembly is a high-quality, heavy-duty component designed to deliver years of reliable performance in flat-plate boat hoist systems. It can lift up to 6,500 pounds when used with a 1 HP HD motor, 4,500 pounds when used with a 1 HP motor. and 3,500 pounds when used with a 3/4 HP motor. This gear plate has been used for over 15 years on BH-USA Flat Plate hoists. Constructed from durable materials to withstand the demands of outdoor use, the assembly is easy to install and maintain.

Your choice of backplate in 1/4 in. aluminum, 1/2 thick aluminum, galvanized steel or powder-coated steel. It features no steel-on-steel moving parts, reducing wear and extending the life of the assembly. It comes fully assembled with a 96-tooth cast iron worm gear and extended block bronze worm assembly equipped with 1/4-inch easy-reach grease fittings for convenient maintenance. Includes a 10 in. aluminum die-cast single hoist pulley and 34-inch drive belt. The gear plate has standard flat-plate mounting holes, offering compatibility with most boat hoist setups.

Each unit is fully assembled and tested under load by the manufacturer before shipping and is backed by a lifetime warranty for added peace of mind.
