Cut off shelf portion. Weld adapter to a steel plate. Glue on sign to steel plate. Replace set screw with vandal resistant screw on t-post. Serious permanent sign!

This adapter is excellent, I used them on 24 foot fence, with 6 foot pickets. Its sturdy enough to keep out pesky neighbor.😆 I'll be buying more in the future. Also very good price 👌

Putting up fence panels on my own and didn't want to have to dig post holes plus had a surplus of t-posts available. These adapters work perfect for wood to t-post fence. These slide right onto the T-post and screw on tightly. Adding a 2x4 by screwing in wood screws. Allowed me to fortify goat fencing where the animals were leaning on the fence and stretching it.
